Paul is a native and life-long resident of Santa Rosa County. He has been active in the Escambia and Santa Rosa communities spending over 24 years in the outdoor advertising industry.

Paul has gained extensive business knowledge and experience through the outdoor advertising industry in sales, leasing, public relations, and management. Over the years, he has been involved in many Department of Transportation eminent domain proceedings and other governmental related proceedings dealing with acquisition of property.

Paul is licensed in Florida and Alabama and is a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Paul is also a member of Pensacola Recreational Fishing Association (PRFA) and a past member of the Milton Mural Society. He is active in his local church, loves to fish, and lives in Pace with his wife and three children.
