David’s real estate career with Beck Property Company began in 1989. Since that time, he has amassed an expansive knowledge base of the industry and gained extensive experience in all facets of leasing, sales, management and site selection. His experience in the construction business, prior to joining Beck Property Company, has proven to be of tremendous benefit to both tenants and property owners in determining construction/renovation costs and design alternatives.

Although local buyers, sellers, owners, developers, tenants and investors, such as Bank of Pensacola, One Pensacola Plaza, and Clark Partington and Hart, are the mainstay of David’s clientele, he also works with a significant number of regional and national customers including Sears, Edward Jones, MetLife, Papa John’s and Tijuana Flats. Whether local, regional or national, David’s clientele rely on his expertise and entrust their businesses to his knowledge and experience. Exceeding customers’ expectations is his primary business goal.

David is a lifelong resident of the Pensacola area. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from the University of Alabama where he was also a two-year letterman in football. David is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Florida and Alabama and is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the National Association of Realtors and the Pensacola Association of Realtors. He is also member of the Pensacola Country Club, the prestigious A-Club and actively involved civic and charitable organizations.
